隱私權政策Privacy Policy

GearLab（以下簡稱「本網站」）非常重視您的隱私權。本隱私權政策說明我們如何收集、使用及保護您的資訊，以及您可以如何查詢或刪除這些資料。 GearLab ("this Website") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information, and how you can ask about or delete it.

1. 基本原則1. Our principles

• 測試幾乎都在您的瀏覽器內完成，不需要註冊帳號，我們也不會要求您提供姓名、電話或地址。Almost every test runs inside your browser. No account is needed, and we never ask for your name, phone number or address.
• 只有當您主動按下「上傳成績」或「提交」時，才會把該功能所需的最少資料送到我們的伺服器。Only when you press "Submit" do we send the minimum data that feature needs to our servers.
• 我們不會出售您提供的資料，也不會把排行榜資料用於廣告投放。We do not sell the data you provide or use leaderboard data for advertising.

2. 只在您裝置上處理的資料2. Data processed only on your device

• 測試數據：按鍵、滑鼠移動、搖桿輸入、螢幕更新率、延遲等量測結果都在瀏覽器內計算；打字挑戰的打字內容不會上傳。Test data: keystrokes, mouse movement, controller input, refresh rate, latency and other measurements are calculated in your browser; what you type in the typing challenge is never uploaded.
• 麥克風音訊：使用「音訊頻譜分析」、「自動延遲測試」或「AI 聲音辨識與麥克風診斷」時，音訊只用於瀏覽器內的即時分析，我們不會錄音、儲存或將音訊傳送至任何伺服器。Microphone audio: with the Spectrum Analyzer, Auto Latency Test or AI Sound Recognition & Mic Check, audio is only analysed in real time inside your browser. We never record, store or send any audio to a server.
• 照片：「OLED 烙印檢測」的手機拍照分析只在您的瀏覽器內處理，照片不會上傳；您選擇下載的分析圖也只存在您的裝置上。Photos: the phone-photo analysis in the OLED Burn-in Check runs in your browser and the photo is never uploaded; any analysis image you download stays on your device.
• 瀏覽器本機儲存（localStorage）：語言、測試設定、個人最佳、進步曲線、檢測紀錄、上次選擇的螢幕型號與上次使用的暱稱等，只存在您的瀏覽器中，方便下次使用，不會自動上傳。您可以用頁面上的「清除紀錄」按鈕，或在瀏覽器設定中清除本網站的網站資料來刪除。Browser storage (localStorage): your language, test settings, personal bests, progress curves, check history, last selected monitor model and last used nickname stay in your browser for next time and are never uploaded automatically. Delete them with the "Clear" buttons on the pages or by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

3. 您主動上傳時我們儲存的資料3. Data we store when you submit

• 耳機延遲排行榜：您輸入的耳機型號、選擇的連線方式、裝置類型（桌機／行動裝置）與自動檢測的延遲數值，會公開顯示於排行榜。Headset latency leaderboard: the headset model you enter, the connection type you choose, your device type (desktop / mobile) and the measured latency, shown publicly on the leaderboard.
• 玩家挑戰排行榜（反應時間、跟槍、3D 線上練槍、MOBA 操作測試、打字速度挑戰）：您輸入的暱稱、成績與裝置類型，會公開顯示於排行榜。部分挑戰會一併送出該局的計數（例如命中數、時間）用來驗證成績是否合理，驗證後不會儲存。請勿使用真實姓名等可識別個人身分的暱稱。Player Challenge leaderboards (reaction, tracking, 3D Aim Trainer, MOBA APM Test, Typing Speed Challenge): the nickname you enter, your score and device type, shown publicly. Some challenges also send the round's counters (such as hits or time) to check the score is plausible; these are not stored. Please don't use your real name or other identifying information as a nickname.
• 打字速度挑戰：若您選填鍵盤類型（鍵盤種類、按鍵結構與連線方式），會一併儲存，僅用於各類鍵盤的統計，不會公開顯示。上傳中文打字成績時，您選擇的輸入法（例如注音、倉頡）會一併儲存，並顯示在排行榜的暱稱旁。Typing Speed Challenge: if you add your keyboard type (keyboard, key type and connection), it is stored only for per-keyboard statistics and never shown publicly. For Chinese typing scores, the input method you pick (e.g. Zhuyin, Cangjie) is stored and shown next to your nickname.
• 螢幕數據健檢規格提交：您填寫的型號規格、備註與來源網址，以及頁面測到的更新率、解析度與作業系統回報的螢幕名稱（僅在您允許時），用於核對並擴充規格庫，不會公開顯示。Monitor Health Check submissions: the specs, note and source link you enter, plus the refresh rate and resolution the page measured and the monitor name reported by your operating system (only if you allow it). These are used to verify and grow our spec database and are never shown publicly.
• 防止灌水：上傳時，我們會將您的 IP 位址以每日更換鹽值的單向雜湊處理後用於頻率限制，不會儲存原始 IP，也無法據此識別您的身分。Spam prevention: when you submit, your IP address is turned into a one-way hash with a daily-rotating salt and used only for rate limiting. The raw IP is never stored and the hash cannot identify you.

以上資料儲存在 Cloudflare 的服務上。 This data is stored on Cloudflare's services.

4. 瀏覽器權限4. Browser permissions

部分功能需要您在瀏覽器中允許權限，只有在您使用該功能時才會請求，您可以拒絕，也可以隨時在瀏覽器設定中撤銷： Some features need a browser permission. We only ask when you use that feature; you can decline, and revoke it any time in your browser settings:

• 麥克風：音訊頻譜分析、自動延遲測試與 AI 麥克風診斷，處理方式見第 2 節。Microphone: the Spectrum Analyzer, Auto Latency Test and AI Mic Check, handled as described in section 2.
• 視窗管理（螢幕名稱）：螢幕數據健檢的「自動辨識型號」（Chrome／Edge），用來在您的瀏覽器中比對型號；只有在您提交規格時才會一併送出。Window management (monitor name): "Detect my model" in the Monitor Health Check (Chrome / Edge), used to match your model in the browser; it is only sent if you submit specs.
• 游標鎖定與全螢幕：3D 線上練槍、MOBA 操作測試與全螢幕檢測畫面使用，只影響畫面顯示，不涉及資料收集。Pointer lock and fullscreen: used by the 3D Aim Trainer, the MOBA APM Test and full-screen test patterns; they only affect the display and collect no data.
• 遊戲控制器、剪貼簿與分享：搖桿測試在本機讀取手把輸入；「複製連結」只會寫入剪貼簿；「分享」會開啟您裝置的分享選單。Game controllers, clipboard and sharing: the controller test reads your gamepad locally; "Copy link" only writes to your clipboard; "Share" opens your device's share menu.

5. Cookie 與 Google Analytics5. Cookies and Google Analytics

您可以在瀏覽器設定中封鎖或刪除 Cookie，或安裝 Google Analytics 停用瀏覽器外掛程式。停用 Cookie 不會影響測試工具的使用。 You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Disabling cookies doesn't affect the test tools.

They receive ordinary request information (such as IP address and browser type) and handle it under their own privacy policies; their servers may be outside Taiwan:

• Cloudflare：網站主機、內容傳遞與排行榜資料庫。Cloudflare: website hosting, content delivery and the leaderboard database.
• Google：Google Analytics、Google AdSense，以及 AI 麥克風診斷使用的 YAMNet 模型（由 Google 的公開儲存空間下載）。Google: Google Analytics, Google AdSense, and the YAMNet model for the AI Mic Check (downloaded from Google's public storage).
• jsDelivr：3D 線上練槍使用的 Three.js 繪圖引擎，以及 AI 麥克風診斷使用的 MediaPipe 執行環境，只在使用該功能時下載，並在您的裝置上執行。jsDelivr: the Three.js graphics engine for the 3D Aim Trainer and the MediaPipe runtime for the AI Mic Check, downloaded only when you use those features and run on your device.
• X、Facebook、LINE：只有在您點選分享按鈕時才會開啟這些平台，並帶入分享文字與連結，之後適用該平台的隱私權政策。X, Facebook, LINE: these open only when you click a share button, with the share text and link filled in; their own privacy policies then apply.

8. 資料保存、刪除與您的權利8. Retention, deletion and your rights

• 排行榜與統計資料會保留，以維持排名與成績分布，直到您要求刪除或該排行榜停止服務。Leaderboard and statistics data is kept to maintain rankings and score distributions until you ask us to delete it or the leaderboard is retired.
• 螢幕規格提交會保留到我們核對完成並用於規格庫更新。Monitor spec submissions are kept until we have verified them for a spec database update.
• 您可以依個人資料保護法請求查詢、更正或刪除您提供的資料：請來信並提供測試項目、使用的暱稱與大約的上傳時間，方便我們找到紀錄。我們也可能主動隱藏不當的暱稱或明顯不合理的成績。You can ask to access, correct or delete data you provided: email us with the test, the nickname you used and roughly when you submitted so we can find it. We may also hide inappropriate nicknames or clearly implausible scores ourselves.
• 存在您瀏覽器中的資料可以隨時自行清除（見第 2 節）。Data stored in your browser can be cleared by you at any time (see section 2).

9. 兒童隱私9. Children's privacy

本網站並非專為 13 歲以下兒童設計，也不會刻意收集兒童的個人資料。如果您是家長或監護人，發現孩子在排行榜上使用了可識別身分的暱稱，請聯絡我們刪除。 This Website is not designed for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect children's personal information. If you are a parent or guardian and find your child used an identifying nickname on a leaderboard, please contact us to remove it.

10. 資料安全10. Security

本網站全程使用 HTTPS 加密傳輸，只儲存各功能所需的最少資料，排行榜資料庫僅供網站管理使用。沒有任何網路服務能保證絕對安全，但我們會持續以合理的方式保護資料。 The whole site uses HTTPS encryption, stores only the minimum data each feature needs, and the leaderboard database is only accessible for site administration. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect data.

11. 政策變更11. Changes to this policy

新增功能或調整資料處理方式時，我們會更新本頁內容與上方的「最後更新」日期，請不定期查看。 When we add features or change how data is handled, we update this page and the "Last updated" date above, so please check back from time to time.
